This concise volume constitutes one of the best available studies on recent Armenian history. It traces the interactions between political developments and intellectual currents which determined crucial phases in the history of the Armenian people during a period of revolutionary upheaval. The study covers the period between 1885 and 1914, when radical political organizations undertook to liberate the Armenian people from the despotism and oppression of the Ottoman and Russian empires.
The English translation of the original trial proceedings in The Case of Soghomon Tehlirian is being published for its historic as well as current relevance: it introduces the first case during which the details and horrors of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 were introduced as evidence to justify political violence in the face of neglect by world governments.

This book is a portrait of AYF movement in historical review from 1933 to 1993. During its remarkable 60-year run, the AYF has certainly not been without its changes. This book presents those changes, too. The authors hope that this commemorative book may serve not simply as a wonderful memento, but as a tie that binds us all together, as one nation with a common purpose, a common vision, and a common struggle.
This is the second and revised edition and examines the various legal aspects of the Armenian Question from a new angle. The present study presents the historical and political account of the Armenian Question and its relationship with international law.

The aim of this book is to honor the Armenian victims by keeping their memory alive, to present compelling evidence to persuade Turkey to confront its past, and to once again remind humanity that complacency will no doubt trigger ever more lethal genocides. The authors gathered primary documents from five to seven countries that were in some way involved in the Armenian Genocide.
The Forty Days of Musa Dagh is Franz Werfel's masterpiece, the novel that brought him international acclaim in 1933, and drew the world's attention to the Armenian Genocide. The English translation by Geoffrey Dunlop has been revised and expanded by translator James Reidel. The Dunlop translation excised approximately a quarter of the original two-volume text, and Reidel has restored the pages that Dunlop cut, selecting and translating passages the contribute significantly to the story.

Bank Ottoman first appeared in voume form, in Armenian, as Armen Garo's memoirs, in 1948. This volume in English is not a full memoir. It is, rather, a series of vignettes-often exciting, frequently humorous, some of them touching in their simplicity and youthful innocence. The stories are not entirely chronological, nor do they cover every phase of Armen Garo's rich and colorful career.
This work was initially published in French under the title Operation Nemesis, and now is available to the English-speaking public for the first time. It ranks as a major revision in the historic study of the Armenian resistance to the Ottoman genocide of Armenians. The work richly details Turkish plans for the liquidation of the Armenian people, the individuals selected to liquidate the genocidists, and above all, and most complex, to document for the first time the role of the organized Armenian political opposition to Turkish rule.

This work provides a brief history of ARF, the leading party of the Armenian liberation movement, from its formation in 1890 to the end of 1924, until the end of the Tenth World Congress of the ARF.
Today, the Turks deny their part in the Armenian Genocide and there are those in politically prominent places assisting them in this denial. This book is a reminder of what actually happened. It is reminder also to people of all nations that they are as vulnerable as were the Armenians. If others accept the Turkish version of the genocide, they open themselves to the same distruction. The world can not and must not forget. The Legacy helps us all to remember.
